Manager, Tooling Manufacturing & Budgets


Responsible for design review, tool design, and providing design refinement. Lead tooling activities and toolmakers to ensure all products are produced in adherence to quality standards. Provide mechanical and manufacturing decisions by calculating labor, cost, and materials. Develop tool design standards. Track and report cost analysis of tooling projects. Develop and maintain budgets for projects which include target and actual values for labor, raw materials, tools, and transportation. Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and two years of experience in tool design.

Tool Maker


Responsible for fabrication, service and maintenance of complete molds, mold inserts and mold components from engineering prints and 3-D CAD models using milling, turning, grinding, wire EDM, sinker EDM and CNC systems. Communicates and records information such as job status. Verifies quality by measuring results using precision instruments. Maintains a safe work environment by following standards and procedures. Minimum of (5) years of injection mold making experience required.
